Introdcution

1.Extracted from skin of edible purple grape fruit of vitaceae. The process is extracting, refining.The main pigment component is enocyanin of anthocyanins. 

2.Grape skin extract powder is purplish red, liquid is brown purple, both has the slight charactaristic order of grape. It can be dissolved in water&alcohol, propylene glycol solution easily, but not in oil.The color shade of water solution changes when PH is different.When PH is between 2-6, the color is purplish red and stable.The solution color becomes blue, and is unable when PH is above 6.he color of solution can not fade under light for a long time, and also has good resistance to high temperature in and acidic medium.

Application And Usage

1.Beverages(excluding 140. Packed drinking water),frozen drinks(edible excluded ), candy, cakes, jam, imitation wine. When use grape skin extract, dissolve teh color a samll amount of water first, and then mix the color solution with food materils.

 2.The maximum usage limit for andy and cakes is 20./kg, for jam is 1.5/kg, for other products is 1.0/kg.     G Organic Grape Peel

Storage And Package

a.Storage: Sealed, avoid light, store in a cool& dry place. Liquid product should store at 5 to 10°C. 

b.Package: 1.Powder: corrugated box, carton, plastic drum with inner double plastic bags,net weight is 10KGS or 20 KGS.

                      2.Liquid: plastic frum, net weight is 20KGS.

Shelf life

If the storage condition attains as mentioned above, powder two years from prodcution date liquid is six month(unopend). Once opend, should seal up again and use within six months(powder) or one month(liquid).       Organic Grape Peel
